This 15 week transformational workshop is designed for anyone who:-
- has unresolved trauma
- repeats toxic cycles in their life
- struggles with life's challenges
- struggles to maintain healthy relationships
- feels stuck in life
They take place every Wednesday at 6pm live on zoom and each session builds on the previous one, so it is important that every session is attended. There are usually 8 - 10 people in a group.
The workshops run twice a year from January to April and September to December.
This workshop is 15 weeks long and covers a different topic each week, building on the knowledge gained from the session before. We have a lot of discussion and self reflection, some mindfulness based exercises, both individual and paired exercises, some breathwork, and there are some small tasks to do at home between sessions.
The first 8 sessions offer the foundation of the course, and the final 7 sessions are where you really start to apply that knowledge to your life, reflecting on challenges you've had and identifying how you can move forward.
We will explore trauma and how to heal from it, by understanding personas, narcissistic behaviour, trauma bonding and why we are triggered. We also do inner child and shadow work. By covering such topics we are able to recognise co-commitment or co-dependency in our relationships.
This workshop is about noticing things differently in order to create real change in your life, exploring who you are on the inside and taking accountability for your own self-development, so that you can present your authentic self to the world.
You will discover resources within yourself that will enable you to improve your intuition and self awareness, and increase your ability to cope with any challenges that arise, by changing the way you think.
