These 15 week transformational workshops are designed for anyone who:-
- has unresolved trauma
- repeats toxic cycles in their life
- struggles with life's challenges
- struggles to maintain healthy relationships
They take place every Wednesday at 6pm live on zoom, and each session builds on the previous one, so it is important that every session is attended. There are usually 8 - 10 people in a group.
The workshop takes place twice a year, from January to April and September to December.
By improving the flow of energy around the body, reiki can enable relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, ease trauma, relieve pain, speed up healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
People may experience heat, cold, tingling, see colours or pictures, or have memories arise. Your experiences may become more profound the more you continue with Reiki.
I can also offer distance healing.
I am a 9th generation Usui reiki practitioner (L2).
The Usui Tradition of Reiki, was developed from an ancient form of energy healing by Mikao Usui, in 1922, on the profound belief in a universal life force that, when channelled correctly, can bring about healing and holistic well-being.
Usui Reiki Ryoho involves gentle placement of the hands for healing and improving the balance in the body. It does not treat conditions but can be used to support traditional treatments.
